How to get started
1. Consultation
Consultations are free of charge the first step towards making your visions come to life! They typically last an hour, a great way to get your questions answered and to see if we are a good fit for your project. Consultations for Addition and/or Renovation projects are done at the home so we can get a clear understanding of the scope of work. New home designs can be done via zoom. Simply fill out our contact form or call to schedule your consultaton today!
2. Proposal
A few days after your consultation, you'll receive a proposal that includes pricing and a timeframe. You will find us both reasonable and competitive. When you're ready to move forward simply sign the proposal. Your initial payment will start the project's timeframe.
3. Schematic Designs
Schematic Designs are preliminary drawings where you first see your ideas come to life! We will meet to go over your designs and make any needed changes. Once you're happy with your plans we will move on to Construction Drawings.
4. Construction Drawings
Stamped Construction Drawings are a necessity for the General Contractor to commence building activities and are mandated by city and county regulations. These drawings are essentially your detailed designs, which encompass all the crucial information and specifications necessary to carry out the construction in a safe manner. With these in place, you can now begin construction!
